Tariff plans differ in the speed of data transfer, the presence of a TV connection, and are subdivided into limit and unlimited. At the same time, the cost also differs, which allows you to choose an acceptable combination of price and quality for yourself, depending on financial capabilities. Tariffs change frequently, you can choose a more suitable one for yourself and switch to it. To do this, you need to submit an application electronically through your personal account or contact the Comstar Direct office.
Step 2
First, decide which tariff you want to switch to. To do this, go to the site dom.mts.ru, in the menu, find the "Tariffs" command, enter the section. You will see a table of current rates. If you want to compare the characteristics of the selected tariff with your current one, but it is not in this list, it means that it has already migrated to the archive. To find it, enter the "Tariff Archive".
Step 3
To apply through your Personal Account, enter the menu section "Internet Access Services" -> "Home Internet". You will see your technical data, the name of the current tariff plan and the next date of charging the subscription fee. Click on the "Change tariff plan" button, select a new tariff from the table. Follow the status of the application.
