Step 1
Go to the official website of the operator. To do this, enter the address www.beeline.ru into the browser line or type Beeline in the search engine. In the upper right part of the page that opens, you will see the name of the section "Private clients", under which there will be an item "Personal account". Click on "My Account", then follow the link to the page "Service Management System My Beeline". For further actions, you will need a username and password.
Step 2
Dial * 110 * 9 # on your mobile and press the call button. In a few seconds you will receive an SMS with the text "Your application has been accepted." Then you will receive a message from the number 0674 with the following content: “To manage services via the Internet, your Login: 89XXXXXXXXX, Password: XXXXXX”. Enter the username and password sent to the appropriate items on the page "Service management systems".
Step 3
After logging in to the system, on its main page, click "Information about your number". You will see a list of services connected to your SIM card. Find the current tariff in the list, click "Change" opposite its name. The system will automatically redirect you to the "Tariff plans" tab with a list of tariffs available for connection. The list, in addition to the names of the tariffs, will indicate the amount that will be debited from your account for the service. Beeline usually does not charge a fee for disconnecting the service. Connection costs from 30 to 50 rubles.
Step 4
Check the box for the name of the tariff plan you are going to connect. Click “Confirmation of tariff plan change”. Then give your consent to change the tariff plan by clicking "Yes". In the event that you suddenly decide to choose another tariff plan, click "Back" and the system will redirect you again to the list of available tariffs. If you change your mind about changing the tariff plan, just close the site, the entered data will not take effect, because you have not verified them.
