You've probably noticed how, after several months of browsing the Internet, the browser starts to slow down. The reason for this may be an overloaded cache folder of the browser with various contents of the pages viewed. Clearing the browser cache can fix the problem.
Instructions
Step 1
To clear the cache in the Internet Explorer browser, you need to open the menu "Tools" - "Internet Options" - "Contents", and click on the "Options" button in the "Autocomplete" section. In the dialog box that opens, you need to click the "Delete autocomplete history" button and, after checking all the boxes, click "Delete". The cache will be completely cleared.
Step 2
To clean up Google Chrome, enter the menu, which is indicated by the default wrench on the panel, and select "Options" - "Advanced". Here click the button "Delete data about viewed pages", check all the boxes, and click "Delete data about viewed pages" again.
Step 3
You can delete the cache in the Opera browser by going to "Menu" - "Settings" - "Delete personal data". A window will open where you should click the "Detailed settings" button and, having checked all the boxes, click "Delete".
Step 4
In Mozilla Firefox, you need to click the Firefox button in the upper left corner and select the "Settings" section. In the "Privacy" tab, click the active link "Clear your recent history", in the dialog box select "Clear" - "All" and, having checked all the boxes, click the "Clear now" button.
