Internet Explorer is a browser developed by Microsoft Corporation and built into the Windows operating system. Many people continue to use IE by tradition, despite the availability of free programs for web surfing: Opera, Chrom, Mozilla Firefox.
IE won't open or immediately close
Insufficient RAM may be one of the causes of this problem. Restart your computer to free memory from any loaded processes and start Internet Explorer again.
If you cannot start the browser by double-clicking the icon on the Desktop, press the Win + R keys and enter the command inetcpl.cpl. In this case, system files may be corrupted. In Control Panel, click on the "Automatic Updates" icon and download the required updates from the Windows Update website.
Perhaps the reason is the web page you made your homepage. Try loading from a blank page. Press the Win + R keys and enter the iexplore about: blank command in the program launch line. If the browser starts from a blank page, change your home page in the Tools menu.

IE crashes

IE does not render pages correctly

Sometimes the incorrect display of web pages is caused by their incompatibility with IE. From the Tools menu, choose Compatibility Mode Options. Enter the URL in the Add This Web Site box and click OK. The next time you visit the page, it will automatically display in compatibility mode.
