Odnoklassniki is one of the most popular social networks in Russia for communication. If you accidentally deleted a conversation with one of your friends, you can still restore it, but only in certain cases.
Instructions
Step 1
While on the page of correspondence in the Odnoklassniki social network, press the Back button located on the upper functional panel of your browser or the Backspace key on your keyboard. The browser will open the previous page. If you are lucky, and the browser managed to save the data from the site to the cache, it will display the deleted correspondence with the user. Select it, copy and move it into a text document, saving it on your computer's hard drive.
Step 2
Check your email address, the address of which you indicated when registering on the Odnoklassniki social network. If you have not changed the user settings in your email inbox and on the website itself, you should have received notifications of incoming messages, containing their text, to your mail. In this case, you can recover part of the correspondence with a friend, however, most likely, your own messages, as well as various attachments that you sent to a pen friend, are likely to be irretrievably lost.
Step 3
Contact your friend with whom you corresponded, and then accidentally deleted it. If he did not delete messages, then all your correspondence will remain available in his profile. It will be enough for the user to select all messages and send them to you in the form of text or a separate document.
Step 4
Write to the technical support service of the Odnoklassniki social network. From time to time, technical problems may arise on the site, and some users claim that some of the messages were deleted without their personal knowledge. In this situation, technical support specialists can study your profile and, having identified an error, fix it, thereby returning the lost messages.
