Step 1
If the page is blocked by the moderator, you should write a letter to his address with a request to explain the reasons for blocking and ask to unblock the account. Step 2
If the page is blocked by IP, you just need to change it. Who has a dynamic IP - no problem. If the IP is static, then you will have to use special anonymizer programs. The program service will change the IP to whatever you choose.

If the account is blocked by a virus, then the situation looks more complicated. The course of action will be as follows: go to the Vkontakte.ru IP address on the page https://93.186.225.211/, enter your username, password and go to your page (the method works in 90% of cases, if the IP is not blocked)

Remove the virus blocking VKontakte access. From your computer, go to the directory C / WINDOWS / system32 / drivers / etc. Select the "hosts" file. If the file is hidden, then in the settings of the folder properties it is necessary to check the option "Show hidden files and folders". Open the hosts file using Notepad. In the document that opens, delete all entries under the line "127.0.0.1 localhost". Next, check the startup programs: Start - Run - write in the line "msconfig" - OK, go to the system configuration, then to startup. It is better to remove all programs from startup for now. If the method of point 4 did not help, reopen the "hosts" file and see if it has been edited or not. If the revision is not saved, then you will have to edit it again and uncheck the "read-only" option in the file properties.
