Active users of the social network Vkontakte join many groups, publics, etc. Once there are so many of them that it becomes quite difficult to get rid of each manually. Fortunately, all Vkontakte groups can be logged out automatically thanks to some free solutions.
Vkopt extension: installation and configuration
In order for you to have a lot of new functions on your Vkontakte page that make it easier to use the social network, you need to install the Vkopt extension. The latest version of the free extension can always be found at vkopt.net, once there, click on the "Download page" button.
Now find the big "Install" button, click on it. A small window will appear in which you need to allow the extension to access all sites. You do this at your own peril and risk, since the application is not developed by the creators of Vkontakte. However, no one has complained about the expansion yet, everyone is fine. Click the Add button.
After installing the extension and going to the Vkontakte website, you will see a window in which you can select the language used for Vkopt. By default, there will be Russian, so you can just click "OK", but if you need some other one, make a choice at your discretion.
Logout from all Vkontakte groups
Now that the Vkopt extension is installed in the browser, and you are on the Vkontakte website, click on the "My groups" menu item. At the very top there will be a Leave All button. It appeared thanks to an extension, previously this function was not here. By clicking on the "Leave all" button, pop up a window with confirmation of the action. If you are sure that you want to leave all groups, click the "Yes" button, if in doubt or change your mind, click "No".
It should be noted that only those groups where you are not an administrator are logged out is implied. That is, you will leave all groups except your own. After pressing the "Yes" button for a while, all groups will be exited in automatic mode. You can follow the exit process using a special, professionally executed progress bar. When the logout process is over, refresh the page and see that the group list is cleared. The duration of leaving Vkontakte groups will depend on their number, but even if there are several hundred of them, it will not take more than a few minutes.
Other useful Vkopt features
In addition to the excellent function that allows you to leave all Vkontakte groups in almost one click, Vkopt has no less interesting functions for clearing the wall from all records, quick access to statistics, downloading music and videos, showing the bitrate of audio recordings, scrolling through photos with the mouse wheel, switching tracks when minimized player, etc.
