Step 1
If you want to hide comments on posts on your wall, enter your Vkontakte page using the data intended for authorization. In the upper left corner of the window that opens, a menu will appear in which you will see the sections “My Page”, “My Friends”, “My Photos”, “My Videos”, “My Audio Records”, “My Messages”, “My Groups”, “Documents”,“Applications”,“My Answers”,“My Settings”. Left-click on the last section. By doing this, you will open a window at the very top of which you will find the tabs "General", "Privacy", "Alerts", "Blacklist", "Mobile services", "Balance". Switch to the second tab by the same left-click.
Step 2
Now you have a page in front of you where you can set your privacy settings. Here you will see items: "My page", "Posts on the wall", "Contact me", "Other". In the second paragraph there is a column "Who sees the comments on my notes." To the right of this column is the All Users button. When you click on this button, a tab will open in front of you. containing the following items: "Some lists of friends", "Friends and friends of friends", "Some friends", "Everyone except …", "Only me", "Only friends". If you want to hide comments from all users, click on "Only me". If you want comments to remain available to your friends, click on the "Friends only" button. If you want to hide comments from some people from your friends list, click on the "All except …" item, and then select the users who will not be able to see your comments. In the same way, you can distribute access to records using other buttons located in front of you.
Step 3
In addition, you can not only hide comments on posts on your page, but also restrict the ability to send them. This is done in a similar way, only instead of making changes to the section "Who sees comments on my posts", you must enter them in the column "Who can comment on my posts."
Step 4
There is another way to disable the ability to leave comments on your wall. Enter the "My Settings" section, select the "General" tab. In the Wall Settings box, check the box next to Disable Post Commenting. Thus, no user can add a comment to your wall.
