There are several ways to resolve the connection error. As a rule, such an error occurs due to technical work, server freeze. Therefore, the problem is solved by a simple "reboot" of the connection. But sometimes everything is more serious and in order to solve the problem, you need to contact the technical support of your provider.
Instructions
Step 1
You need to go to the address: Network Neighborhood - Show network connections - Connection and double-click the left mouse button on the "connection", then click on the "support" tab and click "fix" there then wait. Then you can go back to the "general" tab and select "disconnect" and then reconnect. You can also restart your computer.
Step 2
It often helps to solve this problem by “rebooting” the DSN client. To do it, you first need to disconnect from the network and the Internet, and then go to the address: Start - Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Services. Find the DNS client there, then right-click on it and select "restart". Then you check your internet connection.
Step 3
Perhaps an application or even a virus is blocking the connection. In this case, resetting the Internet Protocol (TCP / IP) settings helps. Before resetting the settings, you also need to disconnect your network and Internet connections. You need to do a reset like this: Start - Run - cmd. Then click OK and enter netsh int ip reset. Then you need to restart your computer. If this method helps to solve the problem repeatedly, then you need to install a firewall with at least a standard installation, since, obviously, either an ordinary application or even a virus interferes with the connection, so it will not hurt to check the system for malicious software.
Step 4
When none of the above methods helps, it is best to call the technical support of your provider (usually the phone number is indicated in the contract or advertisement) and explain the whole problem. It should also be said that you did it yourself before calling. It is possible that they need to configure something specifically for you so that there are no connection errors.
