From time to time, any publisher has the need to place his own map on his website, showing the location of a particular object in the city and explaining the rules of travel along any route. The possibility of such placement is provided, for example, by the popular service Yandex. Maps. This service will allow you to quickly and easily create an accessible and colorful map.
Instructions
Step 1
Use your registration at yandex.ru or register to get a new account on the service.
Step 2
After registration go to the "Cards" tab, you will see the buttons "Create", "View" and "Embed Code".
Step 3
First of all, you need to create a map. Start drawing the desired elements, objects, clues and lines, and destination points on it. The card formatting tools, which you will see in the same window in the upper left corner, will help you with this.
Step 4
When the map is ready, click on the "View" button, you will see your map in the form in which it will be posted on your site. If something does not suit you in the finished version, you can return to editing at any time and correct the shortcomings.
Step 5
Now you have everything to place the map on the page of your site, click on the "Embed Code" button, after which the system will give you a ready-made embed code on the site. Copy the received code and place it in the place of the resource where you want to see the finished map.
