Recently, on various sites, you can see a rather beautiful and unusual design of the upper part - in other words, the caps. This is achieved by using the popular Flash technology. This technology is not so easy for the average PC user to understand, but studying it for design purposes will play into your hands, since high-quality design always attracts new customers.
Instructions
Step 1
Create the necessary animation 150x900 px in size, corresponding to the site width (the size can be any other), and the swf extension (let's call it, for example, header_art.swf) using the Sothink SWF Easy program. You can download it here https://www.softforfree.com/programs/sothink_swf_easy-26785.html. Place the picture at images / stories / on your website hosting. Alternatively create a static image (image extension jpg, png, gif) and place in a folder. Let the image look like this: images / stories / header.jpg.
Step 2
Paste in your index.php file in the block
Step 3
Now, on all pages of your site, a flash image header_art.swf will be displayed in the header. If the animation is disabled, an alternative image (header.jpg) will be visible in the user's browser. After that, launch the Joomla flash module and open edit mode. Place the module with a picture in one of the positions provided for displaying modules in your site template.
Step 4
In the File Path line (see module parameters), specify the folder with the image (images / stories), then - the name of the image (in Filename) with the swf extension (header_art.swf). Do not forget to indicate its dimensions. In additional parameters, write the address of the created image: "img src =" / images / stories / header.jpg
Step 5
You can also use the header function in your code to display different header images on different pages. This can be done using a module called "Custom HTML", which is built into the Joomla system. In this gadget, you move the required graphic image and output it to the header function.
