Even if you wrote essays at school for one "five", and your reports on business trips read the entire accounting department, this does not mean that you will write the text for the site easily and correctly. The fact is that a person perceives information differently on paper and on a computer screen. Articles on the Internet have their own specifics.

Step 1
Introduction
Describe briefly what your text is about. Avoid dry phrases and sentences about anything. If the reader gets bored after reading the first three sentences, he will leave the site with your text and find something more interesting.
Step 2

Write short sentences. Compound sentences with a lot of adverbial phrases will probably delight your literature teacher. But most of the readers will be scared off by this style. Be sure to divide your text into paragraphs. Solid, long text is very difficult to read. Two to six sentences per paragraph is sufficient.

Keywords
Keywords are the words by which users find text on the Internet. If the article is about currants, the key words may be "currant bush", "currant varieties", "take care of currants", etc. Key phrases should be entered into the text organically and competently.
Step 4
Punctuation marks
Don't put periods in headings and subheadings. This is bad form. Try to avoid cluttering of semicolons, ellipses, colons, and dashes whenever possible. The simpler the sentence, the easier it is to read.
Step 5
Heading
Give the text a title so that it reflects the main idea of the article. If the text is called "Hotels in Gelendzhik", there is no need to describe the hotel business on the entire Black Sea coast. The title must use at least one keyword for the text.

Subheadings
Make several subheadings in the text for the site. This is an optional rule. Many authors do without them. But with subheadings, text tends to look prettier, more complete, and more informative.
Step 7
Pronouns
Write pronouns correctly. This mainly concerns the spelling of the word "you". On sites, it is always written with a small letter. After all, you are not writing for an individual person, but for an audience of thousands.
