Contact the Patent Office of the Russian Federation if you plan to secure a legal right to your own product. The application can be submitted by a legal entity or individual, as well as by a group of authors. In this case, the patent owner will be able not only to transfer rights by inheritance, but also to sell them and make a profit. It is recommended that you file your patent application with the help of law firms. There are many nuances, without knowing which, a patent can be challenged. In this case, from a legal point of view, it will be practically impossible for the author to change the patent certificate in the future.
