Second, if several people use the same computer, and not everyone should have a restriction, then you can put a restriction on one of the users. To put a ban on the Internet, you need to determine what purpose you are pursuing.
The first method is most convenient if only you use the computer and do not want anyone to use the Internet in your absence. To do this, you can set a password to access the Internet. Start Internet Explorer. In the "Tools" menu, click the "Internet Options" line.

In this window, select the "Contents" tab, in the "Access Restriction" line, click on the "Enable" pointer.

Next, select the "General" tab and click on "Create password". Enter your password. It can contain capital letters, Russian, Latin, numbers and punctuation marks. Also enter a hint that will help you remember the password, but will prevent others from guessing it.

If you choose the second method - partial restriction of Internet access, then use complex protection programs such as "Kaspersky Internet Security". All modern security systems have an integrated parental control function that allows you to restrict or completely prohibit access to the Internet.
