The telecom operator "Beeline" offers its customers several types of Internet connection: via a mobile phone, using a computer via a USB-modem or wi-fi router. You can turn off the Internet either independently or with the help of company employees.
Instructions
Step 1
To deactivate the package of GPRS-Internet, WAP and MMS services, dial the following combination on the phone: * 110 * 180 #, press the call key. After a few seconds, you will receive an SMS notification of the disconnection.
Step 2
Go to the service management system "My Beeline" on the official website of the company. The system is located at uslugi.beeline.ru. Enter login and password. Login - your phone number without the country code (+7 - for Russia, +380 - for Ukraine, etc.) at the beginning. To receive a password dial * 110 * 9 # and press the call button. The display will show “Your application has been accepted”. In a minute you will receive an SMS with a password. After entering your username and password, go to the "service management" item. Put a check mark in the line "mobile Internet" and click on the "disable" button. Your request will be answered within half an hour.
Step 3
Change the internet connection settings on your phone. Change the "Beeline" profile to another, for example, "MTS" or "Tele2". You can change any other settings so that the connection through the Beeline access point cannot be established.
Step 4
Go to the self service management menu. Dial * 111 # call. You will see a menu on the phone display. To go to the menu sections, press "answer" → the number of the corresponding section → "ok" or "send". Refuse the mobile Internet in the appropriate section.
Step 5
Find the "Beeline" icon (a ball with a black and yellow stripe) in the main menu of the phone, or in "Applications", "Communications", "Office", "Tools". Click on it and go to the SIM-menu of your phone. Disable mobile internet in the "Services" section.
Step 6
Call the operator and ask him to turn off the Internet on your phone. To do this, dial 0611 (the number of the Beeline customer support center) and press the call button.
Step 7
Contact the nearest Beeline office in order to turn off the mobile Internet. You can also refuse the services of connecting via USB-modem and wi-fi in the office.
