Your IP address changes and, accordingly, you can vote again and again.

Using programs like Proxy Switcher involves manually changing the IP address. Run the application, then start searching for proxy servers and select the one you need from the list. Go to the voting page and vote, then change the proxy server and refresh the page. Then you can vote again.

If the voting site runs a counter that takes into account not only the IP address, but also the number of the computer's network card, you can use mobile devices for endless voting, in which there is no network card at all, such as mobile phones.
