Each computer that is connected to the Internet has its own unique identifier - an IP address. By the IP address of a computer, you can determine the country, Internet provider, and even the address from where the computer was connected to the Internet. You can change the IP address to make it harder to find.
It is necessary
Any internet browser
Instructions
Step 1
To find the IP address of your computer, at the Windows command prompt, enter the following command: "ipconfig".
If you access the Internet via a local network, then go to the site "2ip.ru". A computer on a local network has two IP addresses: one is a local IP address for this network, and the other is transmitted to the Internet.
Step 2
To change the IP address on the network, use an anonymous proxy server. Go to the address: "www.kalarupa.com".
This anonymizing site provides the ability to select the country and city under which your computer will be "seen" on the network.
When you go to a site through an anonymizer, it downloads web pages to its server and shows it from there. The computer will appear to be in the same country as the proxy server. On the website "www.kalarupa.com" enter the address you need to go to. For example, "2ip.ru".
Step 3
Choose your level of anonymity. The closer the point is to functionality, the less anonymity. And vice versa. Using an anonymizer reduces the functionality of sites. It is possible that some java scripts and flash inserts will not work.
Step 4
Select your country and city from the dropdown list. Click go.
Step 5
The site "2ip.ru" will open. It will display information about which country the computer is visible to the server and what is its IP address.
