Ordering documents via the Internet can significantly reduce time and costs. Every year the number of organizations that have the ability to accept orders by e-mail or through their official website is growing. This is convenient not only for customers, but also for employees, since they have the opportunity to draw up the necessary documents in a relaxed atmosphere and at any time.
Instructions
Step 1
Type in the search engine the name of the organization you need. It can be an archive, a multifunctional center for the provision of state and municipal services, a higher or secondary educational institution, and any other organization. Try to type the title as accurately as possible.
Step 2
Once you've got a list of links, look at their addresses. For large state and regional organizations, the address usually reflects the full name or an abbreviation. Next to the names of municipal institutions, there is usually a clarification that this is an official site. Go to the site and find the heading "Contacts" or "Feedback". The menu may also have a button "Write to the electronic queue". Go to the desired page.
Step 3
If the site has a corresponding window, you need to correctly compose a request. Find out what kind of certificates this organization issues and what you need to provide for this. For example, the archive of the Ministry of Defense will give you a certificate of awards, time of military service or injuries, if the information concerns you. In order to order a document for another person, you must document your relationship with him.
Step 4
If you want to get a certificate of real estate, go to the website of the Multifunctional Center for the Provision of State and Municipal Services. Find the entry to the electronic queue there. Select the organization, service and date of the possible visit from the drop-down list. The system will suggest the time or display a message stating that the visit is not possible on that day. Choose the right moment. Enter your last name, first name and patronymic and e-mail address in the box. A ticket will appear on the screen to be printed.
Step 5
Some organizations send electronic inquiries via regular mail. For example, if you need a document that your student son is studying at a university in another city, find the office's email address on the official website of the higher education institution. If there is no special request form, please write an e-mail.
Step 6
Regardless of how you send your request, it must meet certain requirements. The organization to which you send it should really have the authority to issue certificates of the appropriate form. The request must contain your exact details and the exact title of the certificate. Don't forget to include your mailing address. The request must not contain obscene language.
