The official portal of the Russian Railways operates a ticket payment service via the Internet. A passenger wishing to order a travel document must have a bank card.

Instructions
Step 1
Register on the website www.rzd.ru. If you are already registered, please log in using your personal access code and login. This data is confidential.
Step 2
Order up to four travel documents. Issue a ticket by entering the travel details and your personal data in the special fields. When paying for travel via the Internet, there is a "full" (adult) and "child" (for a child over five years old) tariff. For a child under five years old, if he does not occupy a separate seat, there is no need to book a ticket.
Step 3
First, enter the series of the Russian passport (four digits), and after its number (six digits). The number of spaces is irrelevant. If it is necessary to indicate the passport, its number is entered, consisting of nine digits. To prepare a ticket, a child needs information from his birth certificate - a series (Roman numerals in the Latin layout and two letters in Cyrillic) and a six-digit number. The number of spaces and dashes is irrelevant. Remember that if the surname of the passenger or the number of the identity document does not match the information indicated on the website and then in the travel document, the person will not be allowed to board the train.
Step 4
Pay for the ticket using Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro international payment systems Visa International or MasterCard International. Transfer of money from the card is carried out after checking and confirming the order with the transition to the payment gateway of OJSC "TransCreditBank". There are ten minutes to make a decision to pay for the trip and enter the bank card details, otherwise the order will be canceled.
Step 5
To pay, enter the name and surname of the cardholder, its number, expiration date and three-digit code (CVV2 or CVC2).
Step 6
Print the form with the Internet ticket or remember the order number, which will then be used to prepare travel documents at the ticket office. The form itself is not considered a ticket and therefore does not give the right to travel. Give the form to the cashier or tell the cashier the order number. You will be given a document to sign and a ticket.
