Hitman: Absolution is an excellent third-person action game project. In the game, the developers have placed great emphasis on stealth, but there is also a piece of the shooter here. How to play Hitman: Absolution and what should you keep in mind when playing through?
The whole campaign is divided into several episodes, and the episodes are divided into several locations, which follow each other in a specific order. And always the goal of our protagonist is the destruction of one or more people.
Hitman: Is Absolution a shooter?
There are a lot of rumors and stereotypes about the killer's universe, but it's safe to say that in Hitman: Absolution, everyone has the opportunity to take a more powerful gun and shoot at everything that moves and comes into view. The firing system is excellently implemented - about the same can be found in Max Payne 3 or Kane & Lynch.
In addition, the game got an absolute piece of Gears of War and other similar shooters - the main character can roll, sit behind cover and shoot "blindly".
And in each mission there is such a mode as shooting "offhand", in which the game freezes the time, and the player has a little time to determine the heads of people as targets. However, this ability takes a lot of instinct. And yes - this trick is taken from the Mini Ninjas game. Well, the developers are not saints, but it didn't affect the game.
However, the most important argument in favor of the fact that the passage of the hitman is a shooter relates precisely to the large selection of weapons in hitman.absolution on PC. These are assault rifles, pistols, as well as shotguns and machine guns. Also in Hitman Absolute you can use bombs and mines, which are difficult to pass by without detonation.
Stealth walkthrough
However, even with weapons in mind, hitman absolution is stealth, so silenced pistols and strings will most often be used in the game. Also, most of the gameplay will have to hide from the guards, memorizing routes and calculating each step. And for quiet murders and the correct actions for the killer, additional points will be awarded.
Artificial Intelligence
Another point that is important for the gameplay and progress on hitman.absolution.professional is AI. As a rule, AI in games, if you look at them from the sides, walk along the same route, without changing it or going to the side. This is most often the longest route with several stops.
And in the game absolution you can distract the characters. You can, for example, turn on the radio, throw a stone or make any other noise, in order to then eliminate the guard.
At the same time, the guards and other characters in the mission see perfectly in front of them, and poorly from the side. Behind they are generally guided by only one sound. And this adds atmosphere and realism to the hitman.absolution project.
The ratings are influenced by the method of killing the characters - if you kill the guards silently, the points go up, and if someone notices this and triggers the alarm, the points will go into minus. This does not greatly affect the game or something else, there is a purely competitive interest here - to make less noise, eliminate opponents and get the maximum level of pleasure from each mission, be it Rosewood or Chinatowns.

Hitman Absolute is a great stealth project that can be played as a shooter if there is a maximum level of hardcore. The game will appeal to both fans of the genre and those who have not yet met a bald killer with a tattoo on the back of his head (which, by the way, is not here).
