Despite its seeming simplicity, it is quite difficult to play it. Many people play this game for hours, but they still cannot achieve the coveted number. However, you can win in it, you just need to know the methods and some secrets.
Instructions
Step 1
The first secret is that all numbers need to be shifted to one corner. Thanks to this, extra squares will not appear, which significantly interfere with the game. Leave large denominations in this corner and in no case move anywhere. This can be done only in a hopeless situation, but then immediately return to its original place.
Step 2
In order not to be able to budge large numbers, keep the vertical row always filled. As soon as a free cell appears, immediately fill it by sliding the side numbers.
Step 3
In the vertical row mentioned above, collect all the large numbers. This will allow you to end up putting them together, which is much easier than collecting squares of the same denomination from different ends. In addition, this will allow you to avoid the fact that these large numbers will interfere, since there will be no way to add them to other similar ones.
Step 4
Do not be afraid of the appearance of new twos and fours, they can help you out, however, analyze how best to put them together. It is best to build a row in a hierarchical chain. To do this, at the very beginning of the game, 2048 make the corner number the largest, then add the numbers in the upper cell after it, and then in the third and fourth, so you can gradually add all the numbers into one. If you have a gap between large numbers of smaller ones, then try to fill it by merging all the cells to it.
