Many are familiar with the standard Windows game called Minesweeper. But not everyone knows how to play it, because at first glance it seems incomprehensible. In fact, this is a very serious puzzle that helps to develop logical thinking. To win this game, it is not enough to know only the rules, you need to be able to apply some tricks and develop your own tactics.

Instructions
Step 1
Run from the menu "Start" - "All Programs" - "Games" - "Minesweeper". Start playing by observing the rules that can be found in the application's help section. It's on the left side of the window.
Step 2
Start looking for mines from the corner, it will be more convenient. After disarming the corners, proceed to straight rows of unopened cells. Be sure to calculate the possible options, you do not need to "poke" at random into the cells. The game perfectly develops logical thinking, because in some situations it is very difficult to calculate the possible options, this requires attentiveness. After all, every mistake is the last, and after it the game round ends.
Step 3
Try to mark all mines as quickly as possible. If it is absolutely certain that there is a mine in a certain place, immediately mark it so that you will not forget about it by the end of the game. In some cases, the computer frees up additional cells in which bombs are not hidden. Then the probability of finding mines increases, because it immediately becomes clear which fields have something and which are empty.
Step 4
Try to open parts of the field that are closed. If the next move is still unknown, go to another part of the field. It is better to open cells that have not yet been explored than to open places with mines.
Step 5
To always win, use the cheat to play. Minimize all programs that close the desktop and set a dark screen saver or background. It is desirable to make the screen monochromatic. In the program window, type the xyzzy key combination, then press the left Shift key.
Step 6
Click "Start Game". After hovering over the cell, the upper left pixel on the screen will turn white if there is no bomb under the cell, or black if there is a mine under the cell. This will be a pretty handy hint.
