Step 1
Find the link "Personal settings" on the Yandex home page. It is located at the top of the page, above the news. If you click on the link, the settings menu expands. In the menu you can see the items "Configure Yandex", "Put widget". "Set theme" and "Change city"

Expand the menu and click on the "Configure Yandex" item. By clicking at the top of the page, the settings panel will unfold. On it there is an inscription “The necessary blocks can be swapped, and unnecessary ones can be deleted. Blocks with a gear can be customized”, the“Add a new widget”button, the setting of saving changes for the login and for a specific computer (that is, when this setting is selected on your computer, Yandex will look exactly as configured, regardless of the user), buttons "Save", "Cancel" and link "Reset settings". Next to the link "Personal settings" there are links "Change city", "Select language" and "Other". We need the link "Select language"
Step 3
Click on the link "Select language". If your internet speed is slow, you will have to wait a bit, as this time the page reloads completely. After rebooting, you will see the title of the new page: "Settings - Select the interface language". The page contains a selector for choosing a language and buttons "Save" and "Return". In total, Yandex settings suggest a choice of six languages: Russian, Ukrainian, Kazakh, Belarusian, Tatar, and English. Each of the names is written in its respective language to make it easier to choose
Step 4
Select the language you need in the selection. Click on the "Save" button. The page will reload and you will be returned to the Yandex main page, and the language of all services will be changed to the language you selected.
