Steam is a popular system for distributing licensed copies of games. Buying on the service is carried out using the appropriate functions right in the client's window. Before buying, you need to replenish your account using a bank card or through electronic payment systems.
Instructions
Step 1
Download the latest version of Steam from the official website of the service. This client allows you to purchase games and fund your bank account. Run the downloaded file and install the program following the instructions on the screen. Run the program using the shortcut on your desktop and enter your Steam ID and password. If an account has not been created on the game server, select "Register" and fill in the required fields to open an account.

If all the data has been entered correctly, the game store sections will be displayed in the program window. Choose the game you like. You can also use the search for the service, the field of which is located in the upper right corner. Enter a suitable name and press Enter.

Once the game is selected, click on the item "Add to cart" - "Buy for yourself". In the window that appears, specify the payment method that is most convenient for you. So, if you choose a Visa or Master Card, you will need to enter the card number, your name, card expiration date and security code. If all the data is correct, you will be redirected to your bank's page or receive a notification about successful payment.
Step 4
If you choose to pay using e-wallets, agree to the terms of use of the service by checking the box next to the item "I accept the terms of the Agreement with the website user." Confirm your location. Depending on the chosen payment system, you will be redirected to another resource to confirm your payment.
Step 5
After making the payment, select "Install the game" and wait until the download of the necessary files is completed. Once the game is loaded, you will see a Steam notification. After completing the procedure, you can start the game by selecting it from the list that appears on the screen.
