Any of the programs - browsers remembers everything that is written in the address bar, and then, upon subsequent input, it offers a list for selecting previously entered addresses. This data is deleted by standard browser tools.
Instructions
Step 1
In Internet Explorer, go to the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options" and go to the "Contents" tab. Click the Options button located under the AutoComplete section, and then select Delete AutoFill History. You also need to check the boxes for the "Log" option and click "Delete". This will clear the list of Internet addresses.
Step 2
To delete addresses in the Opera browser, go to the program menu, select "General settings", then open the "Advanced" tab. Select the "History" section in the menu on the left and click the "Clear" button.
Step 3
If you need to clear the address list in the Google Chrome browser, click on the "wrench" icon located in the upper right corner, select "Options". Then go to the "Advanced" section, select the "Delete information about viewed pages" option. Check the box "Clear browsing history", in the dialog box specify the time period for cleaning. After that, it remains to press the button "Delete data on viewed pages". Confirm your actions by clicking "OK". You can do and much easier, using the second method of deleting addresses of Internet pages in this browser, simply by typing the keyboard combination CTRL + SHIFT + DEL.
Step 4
In the Mozilla Firefox browser, click the Firefox button, select the "Settings" command. Then go to the "Privacy" tab, then click the "Clear your recent history" button. Select the "Clear Now" link.
Step 5
If your browser is the Apple Safari program, to clear the history of visits to sites, go to the main menu of the program, then open the "History" section and click the bottom item "Clear history". When prompted for confirmation, click "Clear".
