You can check the completion of the operation by the amount of the purchase price, which should be reduced by the amount of the goods withdrawn from the order. If the order has already been placed and the corresponding notification has been received, you should remember the number assigned to it in order to communicate it to the operator.

There are several ways to cancel a placed order. You can cancel a placed order in the "Personal Account" using the "cancel" command. This method is especially optimal on weekends. After that, you should call the manager of the online store, inform about the cancellation and provide the order number.

Write about the cancellation of the order by e-mail to the e-mail address of the online store. As a rule, the email address is indicated on the site. Also write about the refusal in the order notification.

The easiest and most convenient way to cancel for the seller and the buyer is to call the manager of the online store before picking the order. For perishable goods, this condition is mandatory. In case of cancellation of the order after payment for the goods, the refund is made within one to three working days, minus the amount for the delivery of the goods. The buyer can also refuse the goods that were sent by mail. Refusal of substandard goods in an online store is not much different from exchange in stationary stores. The defective item must be returned within seven days, keeping the shipping receipt and sales receipt.
