Instructions
Step 1
In the Yandex. Money payment system, one user can create only one electronic wallet. To remove it, open a web browser, go to the virtual wallet in one of two ways: 1. Enter https://yandex.ru in the address bar. Click on the "More" link (located above the search bar) and select "Money". 2. Go to the electronic wallet at the link https://money.yandex.ru. If you look to the left you will see the account number and the amount of money.
Step 2
Click on your name in the upper right part of the page and select the "Passport" section. Click on "Delete account". Keep in mind that if you click on this link, together with the wallet you will delete your account from all Yandex services. Also, you will not be able to use the virtual cash that will remain in your account. You cannot delete only the wallet.
Step 3
You can create an unlimited number of wallets in the WebMoney system. Previously, there was such a condition: the wallet can be deleted only if there is no money on it. But due to the increased incidence of fraud, this opportunity was canceled. Now you can delete a virtual wallet in WebMoney if it has never received money, that is, if it did not have any financial history. Also, if you have created a wallet and do not use it for a year, it is automatically deleted.
Step 4
As in Yandex. Money, in order to delete an electronic wallet, you need to delete your account. In the case of WebMoney, this is a WMID. You cannot do it on your own. To do this, you need to send a letter with a request to delete your account to the webmoney.ru user support service. In response, you may receive a message about the provision of additional information. Be aware that the system does not completely delete your account, but only suspends it. All your financial transactions are stored on the server of the payment system.
