Instructions
Step 1
Download the ICQ program. Install it on your PC. Register. Next, enter your name and password to log in. Wait for your contacts to load. Then you need to click with the mouse on the window with the list of friends to make it active.
Step 2
Find the "Find / Add New Contacts" tab. A search window will open in front of you. Enter the information about the user that you need. For example, email address or nickname. Write the information in the appropriate fields.

Search by the last name and first name of the person you are interested in to find the desired ICQ number. You may need additional information: country of residence, age, place of registration, language, etc. However, keep in mind that users can register under false names. Click Search.
Step 4
Find the desired interlocutor from the list of contacts. Offer him friendship. You can view the profiles of other users and select the person you like, and then double-click on this account and send the desired message.
Step 5
If the system has returned many results for the specified parameters, then apply the "Advanced Search". If you need online interlocutors, check the box "Online only" and click "Search".
Step 6
Specify the person's ICQ number in the dialog box. To do this, move the mouse over the picture of your interlocutor and wait a while until the pop-up menu appears. Next, you will see a window that allows you to go to a friend's account, where you can see the user's ICQ and other information about him.
Step 7
Ask the necessary person about his messenger number, if you have friendly or friendly relations with him. Ask a friend to write down your ICQ so that he can find your account on the network.
