Step 1
To manage all of these mailboxes, there are special mailers that also offer additional resources to make it easier for the user to work with mail. Including, a good email program will contain spam protection.
Step 2
Run the utility that accepts letters to your email addresses. It can be Outlook or The Bat - the most common email programs. If you have not yet set up a mail assistant for yourself, download it from the Internet and install it on your computer. Outlook is installed on a computer with an operating system.
Step 3
In the software menu, find the section related to spam prevention. In The Bat program, the antispam service is located in the Properties menu item in the Settings section. Find the "Anti-spam" section in the settings window and configure the necessary parameters. You can use an existing antispam module, or find it on the Internet and connect any other module. Here you can also set the protection mode, or perform the necessary actions on messages containing spam.
Step 4
Save your changes. Now your mail program will check each message for compliance with certain signs of spam, and suspicious messages will be placed (if you have checked this item) in a special folder. If some unwanted letter has got into general correspondence - send it to the "Spam" folder manually. The antispam module is trained, and next time such a letter will be there automatically.
Step 5
After simple steps to set up your mail program, you will no longer find incorrect offers or advertising mailings among your letters. All of them will automatically be sent to a special folder, and upon the expiration of the allotted time, they will be destroyed by the program.
