We all face the need to use email services. We use email as a secure method of communication with our friends, acquaintances, relatives and colleagues. But it is protected only by our username and password, and sometimes it happens that ill-wishers take over our mailbox, and in this case we need to get our mail back as soon as possible in order to minimize possible damage.

Instructions
Step 1
Type your email address in the address bar. Enter the login and the password that you remember, and if before that there was no link to a possible menu for changing the password, now it should appear. Click on the button that takes you to this menu.
Step 2
A page with options for restoring access to your mailbox should open before you, or one of these options will appear. Recovery can take place in three ways: answering a security question, recovering via a mobile phone number and via an email account that was specified as a backup in case of hacking.
Step 3
If you see a window with the restoration of access to the e-mail box by sending the code to your mobile phone, click on the button, after pressing which you should receive the code on your phone. Enter it in the field that will open after you select a recovery method and click on the link.
Step 4
If you choose to restore by answering the security question, you will need to answer the security question that you set when you created the mailbox.
Step 5
In case you have chosen to restore via a backup e-mail box, you will have to go to your backup e-mail box and follow the link that will come to you in an email after clicking on the corresponding option button when restoring your password, enter your new password.
Step 6
After successfully completing one of the above points, you will be prompted to change the password for accessing your e-mail box. Change it and log into your email using the new password.
