Wordpress is a popular CMS that makes it possible to create an Internet resource in a short time. Several sites can be installed within one system, each of which can be removed using the functions located in the administrator's control panel.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to the admin panel for your site. To do this, in the address bar of your browser, enter an address like your_site.ru / administrator, where administrator is the folder where the Wordpress control panel is located.
Step 2
On the page that appears, enter your username and password to gain access to the control panel. After that, go to the "Tools" section of the console, where the "Delete site" item will be available on the left side of the browser window.
Step 3
After deleting a site, it will become inaccessible to other users, and the resource page will not load. After deletion, all content will be deleted as well. If you are not sure about the performance of this action, you can close the site, which will make the resource inaccessible. However, all site data stored in Wordpress will remain intact.
Step 4
To close the site in the "Parameters" panel, use the "Privacy" option. In the central part of the window, you will see the Site Visibility parameter, for which you can choose three options. To close the resource, you need to use the "I want to make the site closed" option, then click "Save changes".
Step 5
For a user to be able to access the site, you will need to send him a special invitation, which is available in the "Users" - "Invite" menu on the home page of the administration panel. By selecting the type of user and entering his e-mail or id in the corresponding field, you can send an invitation and add the user to the list of those to whom your resource will be available for viewing.
