This can be done on the rambler.ru website. To register, you must go to the actual portal. Then find the "Start Mail" tab. Yes, mail. Since the number is subsequently attached to it. The password must be repeated again in the field below and come up with a tricky question in case you forget it. And also, if possible, indicate the address of the spare e-mail box.
