The Avangard company provides Internet and telephony services in the North-West region of the country. Depending on different situations, subscribers may need to terminate the agreement on the provision of Internet access services.
Instructions
Step 1
Study the terms of termination of the contract on the official website of the Avangard company. Select your city at the top of the page. Since the company periodically holds various promotions in the regions, the conditions for connecting / disconnecting services may change.
Step 2
Please contact Customer Service Center. You can leave a message in electronic form on the "Questions" tab on the company's website or call the phone number listed on the "Contacts" page. Provide your contract number and phone number, indicate the reason why you want to refuse the services provided.
Step 3
Find out the address of the Avangard branch nearest to you and go there. Bring your service agreement and passport with you. Sales and Customer Service will provide you with a form for writing a written opt-out form. Fill it out according to the sample, date and sign.
Step 4
Use the service suspension if you want to turn off the Internet not for all the time, but, for example, for several days, weeks or months (due to departure). At the same time, according to the rules of the company, a temporary suspension can be accepted for no more than three months within one calendar year.
Step 5
Please contact the company office no later than two business days before the expected date of suspension of service. Bring your identity document. Temporary suspension is a paid service and is paid in accordance with the current price list in the amount of 100 rubles per month.
