Instructions
Step 1
You should have received your username and password for entering your Personal Account on the Volgatelecom website at the office when registering the connection of your communication device.
Open the Volgatelecom website https://www.mari.vt.ru. On the left side of the page, in the Site Services column, find the User's Personal Account section. Click on it
In the window that opens, enter your username and password, carefully observing which language is selected on the keyboard and whether the caps lock has been pressed.
Step 2
After entering your Personal Account, use the Personal Account Balance service. Here you can get a ton of information regarding the status of your connection.
On the page that opens, you are provided with all the information regarding the receipt and consumption of funds in the current month. Check out the balance, view the state of your personal account at the beginning of the month, here you can also check all expenses and payments made from any payment systems. The type of payment system from where the money was transferred is also indicated.
Step 3
If you are interested in information about the status of your account in previous months, select the Reports item located in the Payments section. Keep the period of time you are interested in and get a full report on the funds deposited into the account, indicating the date, exact amount and method of payment.

Please note that you can send such a letter only from the email address that was specified when you registered in the Volgatelecom network. Due to the confidentiality of such information, a letter with a response will not be sent to another address.
