Find an avatar on your PC that you plan to upload to a specific service, then right-click on it. In the context menu of the image, you need to select the "Open with" option. Click the "Browse" button and find the starter for the photoshop program installed on your computer. Then click the "Open" button. The avatar will become available for further editing in the program.

To make the avatar smaller, select the Image option on the top bar of the running program and open it. Next, you need to follow the link "Image size". Here you can set the necessary parameters for your avatar.

When saving an image, you need to choose the JPEG format. During saving, you can set the quality of the picture, thereby determining its final volume. The higher the saved quality, the more the avatar itself will weigh. You can clarify the maximum allowed image weight on the service to which you plan to upload the image.
