There are several ways to reduce the font size in the browser. The technique used to perform this operation depends on the browser and its functionality.
Instructions
Step 1
Change the font using scaling. This option is the simplest of all. In addition to the font, the size of the entire page will be reduced. To make the font smaller, press the key combination Ctrl + "Mouse wheel down". Scrolling with the wheel in this case will be responsible for scaling the page. Alternatively, you can zoom through the "View" section of the main browser menu. This method works in all browsers.
Step 2
Change the font using the browser's font settings option.
If you have Google Chrome, then select "Options - Advanced" from the main menu. Then go to the "Web Content - Configure Fonts" section. Set the font size and type you want.
If you have Mozilla Firefox, then go to the section of the main menu "View" - "Font size" - "Reduce".
If you have Opera, then go to the "Tools" tab, go to the "Options" menu to the "Web page" tab. In this panel, specify the future font size.
If you have Internet Explorer, then click on the "Page" button, select "Font size" and specify the required size.
Step 3
Try lowering your screen resolution as this can be a significant reason for the small font size. Call the context menu from an empty place on the desktop. Go to the "Options" tab and set the resolution to a little higher than it was before. Apply the changes and go to the browser.
