Step 1
If pictures are not displayed in your browser, you need to change its settings. This can be done in the "Settings" or "Options" menu (depending on the browser). There should be a Content tab. In it it is necessary to put a tick in front of the line "Show images".

Then you need to open the page with the image you like. On some sites, it is possible to open a picture in a separate window to display it in full size.

Call the menu of actions on the object by clicking once with the right mouse button on the image.
Step 4
In the menu that appears, select the line "Save image as …". In some browsers and depending on the extension (type) of the picture, this line may be called "Save object as …".
Step 5
Once this stitch is selected, the Image Save dialog box appears. In it, you need to select the required directory for placing the picture, and you can also change the file name at your discretion.
Step 6
After making all the changes, you must click the "Save" button in the lower right corner of the save window. To cancel saving, click the "Cancel" button.
