Until recently, everyone who wanted to listen to their favorite song on a computer was faced with a choice: either buy or download from a pirate site. Now a third option has appeared: to listen legally online on a special website.
Instructions
Step 1
Install the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player package. There are versions of this program designed for both Linux and Windows. The download page is located at the following address: https://www.adobe.com/go/getflash/. You can skip this step if your browser is HTML5 compatible and your chosen online music listening site supports such browsers
Step 2
Find sites that allow you to legally listen to music online. For example, these include "Yandex. Music", as well as some of the official resources of musical groups and performers. On the latter, the choice of tracks is much less, but often they can be both downloaded and listened to directly on the site.
Step 3
If you just go to almost any of these sites, you most likely won't hear a sound. On Yandex. Music, for example, you will see a phrase that directly informs you that the player is silent. To hear something, first select a song, author or artist (if there are more than one on the resource) or an album.
Step 4
If you want to hear a specific song, enter its name in the search bar on the site. In the same way, you can find an author, artist or album. If they are listed on the resource, you will see them in the list of search results. Select the one you want, start playback, and you will hear music.
Step 5
If you cannot decide what to listen to, turn on the filter on the site by era, genre, or both at the same time. This is done differently on different resources. Your search circle will decrease significantly, and you can easily find works of your liking.
Step 6
If you do not want to switch tracks manually, select not a specific work, but a specific album, author or artist. Start playback of the first track, and then all other tracks on the list will be automatically played in turn.
Step 7
To automatically listen to works of different genres, authors or artists, use the function of making playlists available on some sites or randomly selecting tracks from the entire list.
