Modern phones support streaming video and audio from the Internet. This feature allows you to listen to music and watch videos even from social networking pages. For example, you can listen to the desired melody from your phone if you are a user of the popular VKontakte network.
If the phone is on Android
Listening to music on Android devices can be done using the official VKontakte client, available for phones on this platform. Call the Google Market software installer menu using the shortcut in the main phone menu.
You will see a menu for downloading applications for the device. In the upper right part of the Google Market window, click on the search icon and enter the VK query. In the list of the results obtained, select the social network client and install it by clicking on the "Install" button in the application manager window.
Once the installation is complete, you will receive a notification in the status bar at the top of the screen. Run the program and enter the parameters to access your account in the system. If the data was entered correctly, you will be taken to the application menu.
Click on the "Audio Recordings" button on the left side of the screen. Select the melody you want to listen to and click on the play button. Once the preloading of a section of the song is complete, playback will begin.
The latest versions of Android also have support for playing music from the preinstalled browser window.
You can listen to melodies using a special player available in the program. To do this, click on the name of the song in the program menu, which is accessible by swiping your finger across the screen from left to right. With the help of the player's controls, you can switch tunes and find new recordings.
Other operating systems
IPhone smartphones support music playback directly from the Safari browser. Go to your VKontakte page and select the Audio Recordings section. In the proposed list, click on the play button and wait for the playback to start. You can also play songs through the official service program available in the AppStore or iTunes menu.
You can also listen to music on mobile phones using the Dolphin Browser, Google Chrome and UC Browser versions available in the app store for your device.
Windows Phone devices also have the ability to play music directly from Internet Explorer. It's worth noting that not all phones can play audio from the browser. If you cannot start playing melodies on your VKontakte page, install the client program on the device from the Market application menu by entering the corresponding request in the search bar.
