Online stores allow you to save time and buy the right product without leaving your home. But placing an order is only half the battle. There remains another, no less important, half - delivery.

Step 1
After you have placed your order in the shopping cart on the site, an employee of the online store can contact you to double-check the list of selected products, their cost and delivery terms. When the order is confirmed, it is forwarded to the service that completes it and dispatches it to the end user.

Most online stores offer several methods of delivering goods to customers: courier service and mail. The main determining factors when choosing one or another method are the speed of delivery, its convenience and cost. But the difference between them is not always that big, especially when sending goods to other regions.
Step 3
If the online store has its own courier service, delivery within the city is carried out in a shorter time frame, and its cost is lower. If you have a contract with a third-party shipping company, shipping costs will increase. When sending goods to another city or another region, the distance between the starting and ending points is taken into account. The goods are delivered to the address indicated by you. The freight forwarder will call you in advance to clarify the time and place of transfer of the order.
Step 4
When sending goods by post cash on delivery, a commission charged by the post office itself for carrying out monetary transactions is added to the delivery cost, which is calculated at the established rates. In case of prepayment of goods, this commission is not charged. You pick up the order yourself at the post office after you receive a notification that the parcel has arrived in your name.
Step 5
In both the first and second cases, upon receipt of the order, you must present a document proving your identity. Delivery speed largely depends not on how well the courier service or mail works, but on the availability of goods in the warehouse of the online store itself. If the item is missing, the store staff should contact you and inform you about it, offering a replacement or extending the delivery time.
