You cannot change an existing login (that is, the address) on Yandex either. To create a new mailbox, you need to register on Yandex-mail (fill out a special form). By the way, on any of the mail servers it is possible to create an unlimited number of mailboxes. And so that later you do not have to create a new one, come up with a beautiful and easy-to-remember name for it right away.

You can also receive and send e-mails in the "Windows Mail" mail agent. To create / delete your account, run the application itself (open the "Start" menu, select "All Programs" and then click on the heading "Windows Mail".
