Step 1
Go to the website mail.ru. To do this, enter “www.mail.ru” in the address bar of your Internet browser without quotation marks. The main page of the site will open in front of you.

On this page, on the left side, find the "Mail" block. Enter the data for authorization: your username and password, and then click the "Login" button.

You will be taken to a page with incoming letters. At the top there are buttons "Write", "Check", "Addresses", etc. Select the "More" button and click on it. A list will drop out in which you need to select "Settings".

You will be taken to the mailbox settings page. To change your data entered by you when registering mail, such as name, date of birth, etc., click on the link "Personal data". In the form that opens, you need to change what you want. You can choose a new nickname, change or add a photo, change gender, city of residence. Here you can also adjust some of the M-Agent settings. After making any changes, be sure to save by clicking the button at the bottom of the "Save" page.

On the page of mail settings, you can change other data, for example, change the password by going to the appropriate section. To change your password, enter your current password, then create and enter a new one. In order for the system to make sure that you are not a robot, enter the code from the picture, and then again click the "Save" button.

To adjust the display of advertising information in your inbox based on your current interests, go to Personal Information and Services. Change the data on this page regularly. Here you can change data such as marital status, education, area of your work, Internet use, consumer preferences, and more. Do not forget to save after making changes.
