If you want to download all mail messages to your email inbox on your mobile phone, use the following algorithm of actions that will help you cope with the problem.
It is necessary
- - mobile phone with Internet access;
- - specified email parameters
Instructions
Step 1
Open the building tree sections: Menu, then Messaging and Mailbox.
Step 2
Check if the Internet access point settings are correct and the e-mail parameters are set. For the normal functioning of e-mail mail, create a separate account. Follow the instructions from your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for using your remote mailbox. After selecting Messaging> Mailbox, select Start to set your e-mail options. When creating a new mailbox, note that the name is assigned automatically and replaces the name "Mailbox" on the main screen of the application.
Step 3
To download all messages to an e-mail box, follow the following algorithm: select Menu, then Messaging and Mailbox.
Step 4
If you are working offline, select Options, then Connect to connect to a remote mailbox.
Step 5
Select Options, then Retrieve e-mail and New to download all new messages, or Selected to download some messages. Select the All command to download all mail messages from the mailbox. When you stop downloading, select Cancel.
Step 6
To close the connection and view mailbox messages offline, select Options and then Disconnect.
Step 7
To open an email offline, select the corresponding message. If it has not been downloaded, you will be prompted to download it from your mailbox.
Step 8
If you want to view attachments in an email, open the message, select the attachment field, indicated by a special icon. If it has not been downloaded to your phone, select Options, then Save.
Step 9
To automatically retrieve e-mail messages, select Options, then E-mail settings and Automatic retrieval.
