Step 1
In the social network "VKontakte" find the line "My videos" in the menu on the left. On the next page at the top, click the Download Video File button. Enter a name and description for the file. Refine your settings for viewing and commenting on the video by clicking the All Users links. Instead, select those user groups to whom you open access. If you want to notify all your guests about the entry, check the "Post on my wall" box. Click the Save button.
Step 2
Click the Select File button. Find the file on your computer or enter a link to it from another resource. When downloading from a computer, consider the recommendations for file size and length.
Step 3
Wait for the download and processing of the file to finish.
Step 4
In the social network “Facebook” on your page, click the “Video” button at the top of the wall. Next is the “Upload a Video” button. Select a file from your computer, tell about its contents in the field under the file address. Press the lock button to set the privacy of the file (who can view and comment. Press the “Share” button.
Step 5
Agree to the terms of use (the "Agree" button) to confirm that the file was removed by you and does not violate copyright or other rights. Wait for the download to finish.
