To keep all open tabs in Opera, you don't have to leave the browser on all the time. It is enough to know how to use the save sessions function.
Instructions
Step 1
Launch Opera browser and open the main program settings menu. This can be done in several ways. First - click on the button with the Opera icon, it is located in the upper left corner of the browser or, if the main panel is displayed, then to the bottom left of it. Then tap Settings> General Settings> General Tab. Second, if a file menu is displayed instead of an icon with an Opera symbol, click "Tools"> "General Settings"> "General" tab. Third - press the hotkeys Ctrl + F12, and then select the "General" tab.
Step 2
Find the drop-down menu, on top of which it will be written "Tell me what to do to the browser at startup." Click on this menu, select "Continue from the place of disconnection" from the proposed list and click OK. Now after you close the Opera browser with all the tabs open and then reopen it, those tabs will remain in place and the session will resume from where you left off.
Step 3
Also pay attention to the very bottom item "Show launch window" in the drop-down menu, which is written about in the second step of the instructions. If you activate it, then after the next launch of the browser, the "Welcome" window will appear, in which you will be offered several options for starting the program. The first one is the already familiar “Continue from the place of disconnection”, the second is “Load saved session”, the third is “Start from the home page” (the home page is configured in the same place as the launch parameters, by the item below) and the fourth is “Open express panel »(A menu that functions as bookmarks, but more descriptive).
Step 4
Pay attention to the second item - "Load a saved session", with its help you can configure the so-called sessions (or simply sets of tabs) for every convenient case. With certain tabs open, click on the Opera symbol> Tabs and Windows> Sessions> Save This Session (if you have a file menu, then File> Sessions> Save This Session), and then give it a name and click OK. Now, in order to open a particular session when starting the browser, in the drop-down menu, which is mentioned in the second step of the instruction, set the item "Load saved session". This method is much more convenient than "Continue from the place of disconnection", because allows you to open the desired set of tabs instead of the last ones.
