The VKontakte social network is very different from other social networks. One of these differences is the ability to hide information about yourself, your audio recordings and even some friends from prying eyes.
Instructions
Step 1
If you do not want someone to see this or that person in your VKontakte friends list, you can easily hide it. This is done as follows. Go online and download any search engine. Enter the site address or the name "VKontakte" in the search bar. When you enter this site, enter your username and password in the lines specially designed for this.
Step 2
The main page of your account will open in front of you. Your avatar will be located in the center of the page, to the right of it your personal information, under it is a wall with various entries. To the left of the photo you will see a menu that contains sections: "My Page", "My Friends", "My Photos", "My Videos", "My Audio Records", "My Messages", "My Groups", "My Answers ", "My settings". Left-click on the "My Settings" section.
Step 3
Now a window is open in front of you, at the top of which are the tabs "General", "Privacy", "Alerts", "Blacklist", "Mobile services", "Balance". To hide one of your friends, click on the "Privacy" tab. In this section, you can change the access to various information from your page. You have the ability to hide the list of gifts you received, the list of audio and video recordings, the list of photos in which other users have tagged you.
Step 4
In addition, in this section there is an entry "Who can be seen in the list of my friends and subscriptions". All friends is written next to this entry. By clicking on this inscription, you will see a window in which the names of all your friends will be displayed. Find the person you want to hide in this list, click on his name, and he will automatically fit into the list of hidden friends. At the bottom is the button "Save changes". Left-click on this inscription, and all the friends you have selected will become hidden.
