What are clickable links? These are links that allow the user to immediately go to the page of interest. There is no need to copy the link and then paste it into the browser. Many graphic editors allow you to automatically make the link active. However, a "clickable" link can be made without a graphical editor, using just a few HTML commands. There are two options for formatting such links.
Instructions
Step 1
Select the part of the offer text or inactive link text that you want to make active.
Step 2
Paste the selected text into the following construction:
Text
Instead of the phrase "site name" specify the address of the resource to which the link should lead.
Step 3
In order for the link to open in a new window, add the following combination inside the opening tag: We get the following:
Text
Step 4
Remember to use only straight quotation marks. If you pre-type text in Microsoft Word, it can automatically replace straight quotes with curly quotes. To prevent this, go to Tools - AutoCorrect Options - AutoFormat As You Type. Disable the AutoCorrect option by clearing the first checkbox. The quotes will now always be straight.
Step 5
Paste the resulting link code in the desired place on your site.
