Go to the LiveJournal website in your browser. In the upper left corner of the program, use the "Create an account" link to proceed to the registration procedure.

Enter your desired username, your email address and the password that you will use to log into your account. Enter your date of birth, gender and the generated security code. After filling in all the fields, click on the "Create an account" button.

To manage your blog, enter the specified username and password in the upper right corner of the resource, log in and click on the user icon. Pay attention to the address bar of the browser, which after the transition will look like username.livejournal.com. This is the URL of your personal page, which is used to access it by other users.
