The system of mass transmission of messages containing advertising information (spam) is a frequent occurrence on the Internet. You can encounter it when using a publicly posted email address on the Internet or frequent registration on sites. It becomes necessary to disable various mailings.

Step 1
If you have officially subscribed to the site's mailings, it will not be difficult to unsubscribe from them. This option can be disabled using your mailbox. Go to the page and open the "Inbox" folder. Expand your mailing text. Find the item "Unsubscribe from the mailing list" at the end of the message and right-click. The Unsubscribe Confirmation page should open. To stop receiving such emails, select the "Yes" option. When you click, a page with a list of mailings to which you subscribed will automatically open. To deactivate a subscription, select the one you need.
Step 2
There are often cases when the "Unsubscribe" section is missing in the message. Go to the site from which the letter came. Find the feedback form on the main page. On the site, it is usually located in the "Contacts" section or at the bottom of the page there will be an e-mail address for communication. Write a message asking you not to send news or advertising letters to your mailbox on the Internet.
Step 3
The above methods do not always give the desired results. If you continue to receive advertising or news messages, this is spam. Select "Mark as spam" in the mailbox menu. The option will work only if spam comes from one mailbox. Or add the address of the sent message to the "Black List".
Step 4
In many cases, advertisements are sent to the mobile phone. Each operator has its own service, where you can find out which subscriptions are connected, how to disable them. For example, if your mobile operator is "Megafon", send a message with the text "List" to the number from which you received the subscription. They will be deleted. If you are a subscriber of the "Beeline" network, to deactivate the subscription, call the support service 0622 and follow all the instructions of the voice menu.
