From the "Firewall" go to the "Filtering rules". It will say “Deny” under your program. Click OK. Now there is no Internet connection for prohibited software.

Make a restriction for children using the KidsControl program. Download it and install it. In the window of the program, find the item "User rights". Go to "Administrator" and then click "Access to control panel". Deny access to the control panel for users.

List the resources that you want to deny to restrict users from accessing the Internet. Click on "Forbidden Resources" and check the boxes in the required items. Configure allowed and denied sites by making a black and white list. You can completely restrict internet access by specifying specific days and times. To do this, you can use the "Access Schedule".
